How to Train

The Training Routine
1. The Bag Drill (3 Minutes) — Focus: Precision and Alignment. Set your plant foot straight along the side of the bag. Alternate feet: strike with the left, then the right. Focus on a clean, "square" impact.
2. The Transition Drill (3 Minutes) — Focus: Coordination and Flow. Move to the ball. Keep that plant foot squared up and pointing directly at your target. Control with your right, pass with your left. Control with your left, pass with your right. The goal: practice "how you pass is how you receive."
3. The Success Cycle — Repeat for 3 full sessions (18 minutes total). Start slow. Don't rush the power. Power is the natural result of perfect technique and muscle memory.
